Last One Laughing Odds – Bob Mortimer remains favourite to win despite yellow card

Last One Laughing UK has returned to Prime Video for a second season, bringing together another standout cast of top British comedians and the betting markets are already taking shape after the opening three episodes.

The format remains as ruthless as ever. Contestants must try to make their rivals laugh while keeping a straight face themselves, with yellow cards issued by host Jimmy Carr for any slip-ups.

The last comedian standing without laughing will be crowned the winner, and with tensions already rising, the competition is quickly entering a decisive phase.

Defending champion Bob Mortimer has been installed as the clear favourite at 8/11, giving him an implied probability of 57.9% to retain his crown.

Despite already picking up a yellow card, including a memorable moment where he was lifted off the ground by Sam Campbell, Mortimer’s experience in the format continues to make him the standout contender in the betting.

Chasing him are David Mitchell and Alan Carr, both priced at 6/4 (40.0%), with their sharp wit and composure making them serious threats as the series progresses.

Further down the market, Romesh Ranganathan is available at 4/1 (20.0%), while Diane Morgan and Amy Gledhill are both 5/1 (16.7%), keeping them firmly in contention heading into the latter stages.

Diane Morgan5/116.7%
Amy Gledhill5/116.7%

With more than half the contestants already receiving yellow cards, the pressure is beginning to tell.

As the series moves into its final stretch, even the smallest mistake can prove costly and with such a competitive field, the betting market is likely to shift rapidly in the coming episodes.
